I'm not dead!
I'm just terribly absent! Personal crises abound. Let's just say major life changes have been in the forfront. That being said, I haven't been completely devoid of knitting and craftyness. Let's go back and review, shall we?
Here we have Self Portrait #1.
This is the piece I've finished most recently. It will be a part of a big show I'm doing at the Nth Gallery in October with Lindsey Cero. Did I mention we're filling the whole gallery? Did I also mention this is the only thing I have finished so far??? So much work...
This one is titled "Pop-up"
Enbroidered and felted for the Nth Gallery's annual fundraiser back in July...and sold!
Here we have some variations on my Owls pattern, also completed for my fundraiser, and currently nesting in my studio.
I have a very busy fall ahead! In addition to the October show at the Nth, I'm also participating in this year's Plush You in Seattle, as well as returning to Luvable Hugable in NYC in December! So needless to say, I'm going to be a busy girl. In theory this will mean many new posts, and new work. So stay tuned, my crafty friends.....
